Must have skills
Web application testing experience is a must
Good understanding of testing methodologies
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
Ability to translate business requirements and processes into detailed test cases
Motivated, capable of understanding complex processes and easily adaptable to functional changes
Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude
Team-player mentality
Ability to work in tight schedule projects
Work with remote teams (nearshore)

Good to have skills/experience:
2+ years of proven experience as a software tester for web platforms is a plus
Testing of complex web applications is a plus
Experience with automated testing
Experience with tools like browser’s developer tools, Fiddler/Postman, BrowserStack

Desirable personal skills:
A sense of humor, positive approach and team spirit;
Willing to learn new and emergent technologies;
Problem-solving and questioning skills;
Creative/innovative: ideas for system improvements

Main Responsibilities:

Review and analyze system specifications
Identify, create and execute test scenarios for web applications
Perform functional, security, performance and cross-browser compliance testing
Report, manage and track bugs
Ensure that all work meets customer expectations and internal quality standards
Working closely with the development team and with the product and project manager
